Privacy Policy
Last updated: 19 September 2026
This policy explains information involved in browsing the Nostalgia lane website and contacting us about custom magazines, scrapbooking, or photo printing.
When you browse
The website currently has no account registration, contact form, file-upload form, or online checkout. Opening magazines and FAQs does not require you to provide your name or contact details.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregated website traffic, such as page views, referrers, approximate location, device type, operating system, and browser. Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies and does not provide us with information that identifies you personally.
Hosting infrastructure may also process technical information, such as your IP address, browser details, requested pages, and request times, to deliver, protect, and measure the site.
When you contact us
If you contact us through WhatsApp or social media, the information you choose to share may include your name, phone number or profile, messages, photographs, captions, and project details. This information is used to respond to your enquiry and discuss or carry out the work you request.
Share only information needed for your project. Make sure you have permission to share other people’s photographs and personal details, including appropriate parent or guardian permission for children’s information.
Third-party platforms
WhatsApp, Instagram, and TikTok operate independently of this website. When you follow a link or message us there, their own privacy policies apply to information handled by those platforms, including their storage and processing locations.
Before sending sensitive material, ask how it will be transferred and which service providers would need access to fulfil your project.
Photos displayed in our portfolio
Magazines shown in the Work section are publicly viewable. If you are pictured or identified in a displayed magazine and have a privacy concern, contact us with the magazine number and page so we can review it.
Discuss any permission to display your project publicly separately from the permission needed to design and print it.
Storage and retention
Messages and files sent through third-party platforms are subject to those platforms’ storage practices. Ask us to confirm project-file retention and deletion arrangements before sharing material; this website does not provide a customer file-storage account.
Your choices and requests
Contact us to ask about information relating to you, request access or a correction, request deletion, or raise a concern about its use. Where consent is the basis for processing, you can ask to withdraw it. Requests are subject to applicable law, including any record-keeping requirements.
You can also find information about privacy rights and raising concerns through Zambia’s Data Protection Commission.
Policy updates
We will update this page when the website’s features or information practices change. The date above identifies the current version.
